Helen has been a journalist for more than 20 years and currently presents Five News and Sky News.  She has also worked for the BBC and numerous newspapers. Helen was working in New York at the time of 9/11 and witnessed the Twin Towers falling down from the fire escape of her apartment.  She subsequently reported on the tragedy and the following so-called ‘war on terror’.

Helen fell in love with her American producer Carl and they how live in London with their daughter Francesca.
