19th and 20th August
Email will@nichollsfoundation.org.uk for spaces
Cost is £1500 for a team of three who will play with one of our celebrity guests. Naturally golf is not compulsory. Come to the dinner and buy that holiday!
The entry fee of £1500 for three includes a practice day, dinner and accommodation on Sunday 19th August breakfast, golf and lunch on Monday 20th August.
And of course after dinner on Sunday you have the opportunity to bid for our fantastic array of once in a lifetime holidays! A full brochure of prizes will follow shortly.
The location as always will be The Wiltshire Golf and Country Club, Wotton Bassett.
In addition to the fantastic celebrities that will drive the event there will also be the cornerstones that have made it so popular:
- Food and service from Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London
- Fantastic wines and champagne
- Entertainment from an array of singers from London’s West End
- A remarkable set of auction prizes
- The golf prizes: winners get a trophy and a 5 star golf holiday in Spain. Second prize gets you a 4-star golf holiday in Spain
Our 5th Annual Nicholls Foundation Charity Day in August 2011 raised over £105,000. That has brought our total over the 5 years to nearly £600,000. It is probably the biggest golf fundraiser in the country and is down to the support of not only the teams who enter, but also the many celebrities who have joined us over the years. At a time of deep recession it has been a remarkable achievement thanks to all those who have contributed and played a part in its success.

Over the years we have had some fantastic celebrities and for 2012 we are determined to get them back. Past guests have included, Heston Blumenthal, Michel Roux, Jason Atherton, Richard Shepherd and Brian Turner from the field of culinary fame. Great comedians, actors and show-biz personalities like Jimmy Tarbuck, Tom O’Connor, Len Goodman, Robert Powell, Philip Glenister. Sports heroes include Allan Lamb, Steve Davies, Will Greenwood and Mike Gatting.
Our thanks go to:
Jennifer and Eddy Shah and staff at the Wiltshire, Fairfax Meadow, Peter and Jackie Alliss, the management chefs and staff at Mandarin Oriental
